People say 58 is too old to wear my gray hair long but I don’t care, I bet my Zara slip dress will annoy them too
THE days when women over the age of 50 had their hair shorn and clipped around the ears are long gone.
That is the attitude of one silver-haired vixen, even if her detractors say she is far too old at 58 to have locks down to her waist.
But long hair is no longer the preserve of the young as far as she is concerned.
She wears her mane long and doesn't care if people think she is too old for such a style.
This lady will also happily wear sassy, sexy clothes, and she figures her Zara slip dress will annoy body shamers too.
But Elisa Berrini Gómez (@elisaberringigomez) can disregard the negative comments, because this lady has a lot of love among her followers.
She has over 282,000 of them on her TikTok, where she pledges: “Gray hair [and] radical self-acceptance.”
In her post, she teased viewers as she appeared dressed down and her hair hidden under a bonnet.
“At your age, you shouldn’t wear your hair long," is an example of some of the comments she's had to endure.
But with a click of her finger, the bonnet is removed revealing a head of silver strands.
A sweater and sweat pants are replaced with a black Zara slip dress.
The transformation is complete and hopefully shut down the unhappy brigade.
Commenters didn't need much persuasion of her fabulousness.
“Goddess," summed up the view of many more.
Another person said: “The reveal. You kill it every time. I’m always so excited for your look.”
This fan couldn't understand why anyone would have a problem: “Like who is mad about this? This is what 58 looks like. You rock it.”
Keep being you, figured this viewer: “Your hair is beautiful. At their age, they should mind their own business.”
