A bodybuilding champion has crossed over into OnlyFans as she knew she wouldn't be a successful fitness model "for a long time".
Five-time state and national champion Mari Reis quit bodybuilding after feeling she reached her peak.
The Brazilian also noticed a "drop in the financial side" and decided to put an end to her career which she insists was the right decision.
She was already sharing bikini as well as lingerie content when she wasn't lifting weights and decided to focus on that as she noticed immense demand.
That decision led to her amassing almost 600,000 followers on Instagram where she now shares plenty of raunchy content.
Mari said: "Today, I can say that I, Mari Reis, never earned, nor would I ever earn, the equivalent of what I earn today, working as a fitness model or publishing.

"So yes, for me, I am very well resolved with my exposure, it pays off.
"These changes happened very naturally for me. I've always been very 'down to earth' and realistic, I've always been very aware that everything is phases.
"My phase and career as an athlete ended in the way I wanted. My goal was to achieve the main, and most important, titles in the category in which I competed, and so it was.
"I managed to end my career as an athlete, at its peak.
"I was fully aware that I wouldn't be able to be a successful fitness model for a long time, because, with each passing year, a model is at her peak, being sought after by the main brands.
"So, when I started to notice the drops in work, and consequently, a drop in the financial side, I started thinking about other possibilities, which could combine something I was already doing, which were photos, videos, posts, marketing, etc., and which could bring me a good financial return too.
"I was already photographing a lot of bikinis, and lingerie. I was already making a lot of posts showing my body.
"I already had an audience that was interested in this type of content. In short, I just had to start sensualising a little more.
"And what interested me most, of course, it was the financial return.
"In this medium of adult content, there is no decline, the demand is very high, and it is increasing more and more.
"Those who are really willing to work with it, are dedicated, know how to work correctly, are very successful.
"When I started with adult content, I started knowing that I would have to move forward, and dare, more and more, to always meet the expectations and desires of the public that subscribes to me.
"So, because I already had this awareness, everything happened naturally, I progressed little by little, in a very natural way, until I reached the level of content that I work with today."
