A CASH-SAVVY beauty lover has shared how she got rid of her hooded eyes without spending a fortune on Botox or surgery.
Ditch expensive Botox treatments or face lifts - according to one money-smart woman, only known as Jeep Jen, you can give your eyelids a more snatched appearance on the cheap, and it's thanks to a 2p hack.
What are the causes of hooded eyelids?
Hooded eyelids are primarily caused by a process of natural ageing.
As explained by the experts at Skin Science Clinic, when we start to age, our skin loses elasticity and collagen, and gravity starts to affect all body areas and this also affects the delicate skin around the eyes.
Facial bone density also starts to reduce through ageing, which means the structural support to the skin in the upper eyelid area is also minimised.
These changes - also played by genetics - result in an excess fold of skin hanging over the upper lash line, giving the appearance of a ‘'hood’' on the eyelids.

How to tackle hooded appearance?
There are a number of measures beauty lovers can take to give the hooded eyelid a more lifted look and these range from non-surgical to surgical.
Some of the popular methods include Botox, eyebrow lift, as well as dermal fillers in brows and temples.
But according to Jeep Jen, there's a more affordable way to tackle this - and there's not a single needle in sight.
Taking to TikTok, the cash-savvy woman, 50, explained that the ''sucker just doesn't want to stay up''.
''Everyone's say 'Get Botox' and people are saying 'Get the blepharoplasty surgery','' she told her 81k followers in the video.
But instead of going under the knife, the blonde beauty, who posts under the username @jeep_mom_trying, was raving about a non-invasive method - a tiny sticker.
In the clip, where she was using Contours RX Lids by Design, the mum placed the clear sticky tape right on the line where the skin was sagging, gave it a little rub to ensure it stays in place and voila - the eyelid immediately had a more lifted appearance.
The mini stickers are currently on sale for £29.99 on Amazon and shoppers can pick them in a range of sizes all the way from a mere 3mm to 8mm.
