My friends and I flew to Milan for a spa day – it cost less than one in the UK and the food was SO much better
A WOMAN has revealed how she and her friends flew to Milan for a spa day which cost them LESS than one in the UK.
Laura said the £102 trip with three of her closest mum friends was one of the "highlights" of her year, and encouraged others to do the same.
In the Reel on Instagram, Laura and her pals getting on a flight to the Italian city, where they then stopped at a local restaurant for lunch and a glass of wine.
They then headed to the QC Terme Milano spa, which had outside swimming pools and baths and gorgeous pods for people to relax on or sleep in.
There was even time for a quick spot of sight-seeing, before they grabbed dinner and another drink and prepared to head home.
"My 2023 highlight was definitely the epic day trip to milan with my mum friends," Laura captioned the Reel.

"We took Easyjet flights from Gatwick for £62 and the spa was £40 for 2.5 hours, meaning it actually cost less than a UK spa."
People were quick to comment on the video, with many admitting they were thinking about a similar trip in 2024.
"This spa is insane, so relaxing," one wrote.
"We also jumped on a 40 min journey to lake Como for only five euros!"

According to the spa's website, you can even add on a 50-minute anti-stress massage for £81.
