A BEAUTY expert in her forties has been wowed by a skincare product that is four times more effective than retinol.
She said the serum is the “most exciting thing” she’s ever owned as it reverses skin age by six years.

The professional makeup artist spoke animatedly about Dior’s Prestige La Micro-Huile de Rose Advanced Serum after being given it at a work event.
“This is the singular best age reversal skincare product I have ever seen in all of my life of working in this industry,” she said.
“I started in this industry in 2005, I have been around the block. I am 40 years old and I have tried everything.
“I have seen all kinds of trends come and go. Niacinamides were big and then it was hyaluronic acid and then it was retinoid.
“I’ve seen it all because I’ve been doing it a long time, but this you guys is exciting,” she said holding up the Dior serum.
“This is four times more effective than retinol and as you know retinol is the IT ingredient for skincare and has been since the 50s.”
Lauren said retinol can be beneficial for anti-aging but also dries the skin out which affects the texture.
She added that it can be difficult to use the right amount of retinol to get the desired effect.
“This is better than retinol because it’s all naturally derived,” she said holding the Dior serum.
“This is 96% or 97% all-natural. This is just unreal how good it is.
“It has three different types of hyaluronic acid and you always want more than one type of hyaluronic acid because it holds more than 1000 times its weight in water per molecule.
“If you only have one type it will just sit on your skin and you’ll just have water on your skin.
“You want two or three so that it goes deeper into the skin and it can work from the inside out.
“This has three different types and is packed with B vitamins, niacinamides, which will lighten, brighten, tighten, and moisturise.
“This is packed with 88 different essential amino acids which can repair damage, broken capillaries, broken bonds, and things like that it will repair them.
“Peptides which strengthen the skin and protect the skin.
“This is incredible, honestly the most exciting thing I’ve ever owned.
“This would be something that someone generally a little older than me would purchase, I’m 40.
“It will reverse your skin’s age by six years in eight weeks, which I know is a stupid bold claim but this has been clinically proven.
“Not clinically tested, if you see a package and it says clinically tested that’s just so it looks good.
“Honestly, that doesn’t say anything it could’ve failed every test.

Lauren raved that the serum has everything you need for skincare in one bottle as she squirted a small amount onto her hand.
She said the bottle should last six months to a year depending on how many times a day you use it.
She revealed that she’s been using it twice a day alongside Dior’s One Essential Skin Boosting Super Serum, which is available from Saks Fifth Avenue for $110.

“As I started aging the first thing I noticed was the skin under your eyes gets thin.
“The skin right here I’m losing my tightness,” she said pulling at the skin on her jawline.
“I’m starting to have jowls, you see that little sagging.
“You’re gonna see that go away soon.”
Lauren explained that she doesn’t have many fine lines because she’s always taken “good care” of her skin, but it is losing its elasticity.
