Then there’s the blockbusters. Tottenham vs Man City has gradually become the league’s Big Game nexus where narratives fall or grow. For the hosts, a run of three wins and returning players is making a respectable finish to the season more conceivable whilst City’s demise has them scraping for their European elite status. 

Add to that the late game, champions elect Liverpool welcome 6th place Newcastle in a game that has all the minerals to deliver and cap off an evening.
