Hairy Bikers recipe book shoots to top of charts after Dave Myers’ death

A RECIPE book penned by the Hairy Bikers has shot to the top of the charts — weeks after the death of one half of the duo, Dave Myers.

The Hairy Dieters’ Fast & Fresh was only published on Thursday but is already number one in Amazon’s book chart.

Sidekick Si King told fans: “It was a book Dave and I really, really loved working on.

“Hope you enjoy it as much as Dave and I enjoyed writing it.”

The book has “easy-to-prep, low-calorie meals” inspired by the Mediterranean.

The description reads: “Si and Dave have developed over 80 delicious, nutritious recipes to help you move away from processed foods.”

Dave died from cancer in February at the age of 66.

Papers revealed the TV chef left a £1.4million windfall to widow Liliana, naming her the sole shareholder of his firm.
