The 27-year-old girlfriend of Hollywood actor Liam Hemsworth is back home in Sydney, posing in a polka-dot dress in front of the city’s famous Harbour Bridge.
Gabriella has been dating Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth, 33, and recently made her Australian Fashion Week debut.
She walked at the Cue show at Australia Fashion Week.
Brand director Kate Bielenberg gushed: “Gabby’s amazing.
