Olympics 2024 star Kye Whyte stretchered off after horror crash in BMX Racing semi-final in huge medal blow to Team GB

KYE WHYTE has been stretchered off after crashing out of the BMX racing semi-final in Paris.

Whyte was a huge medal hope for Team GB, having won silver at the Tokyo Olympics.

Team GB's Kai lost control on the second jump.

He was sent tumbling onto his side in what looked like a painful fall.

Medics immediately rushed to Whyte's side as they looked to give first aid.

Whyte was seen being given oxygen as he was stretchered away to help with pain management.

The nature of Whyte's injury is not yet known.

The crash came in the second run of the event.

Concerned fans were quick to wish Whyte a speedy recovery on X.
