The Cream Floral Embroidered Smock Midi Dress from River Island retails for £65, which we think is a steal considering it is giving us major Zimmerman vibes.
River Island has brought its A-Game in recent months, thanks to on-trend collections such as the Louise Roe edit, to their expansive denim collection, and now the dress collection is even more impressive than ever.
The Cream Floral Embroidered Smock Midi Dress is a versatile dress that we can see ourselves wearing all spring and summer long, as it is wedding guest-appropriate, but also ideal for work, summer parties and festivals.

The dress boasts a round neck with subtle frill detail around the hem and a tie fastening, which you can tie in a bow or leave open.
It features long balloon sleeves, has a dropped hem under the bust to fit your chest and gives the illusion of a petite upper body before flowing out into a loose A-line skirt and falling just above the ankle, which is an uber-flattering cut for all body shapes.
The print caught our eye as it boasts a floral print across the majority of the dress, such as the sleeves, back and skirt, but the chest is a contrast print with deeper hues of navy blue.
It is available in dress sizes 6 to 18 but sizes are selling out fast so you will want to shop quickly.
For a wedding, we would accessorise with cream heels and an oversized clutch for a neutral look, or draw on the pops of colour in the dress such as blush pink, pistachio greens or royal blue accessories.
If you are looking for a more low-key casual look then you can pair it with tan cowboy boots for a festival or summer party.

River Island shared a clip of the dress on their official Instagram account, which has attracted a lot of attention.
