Dancing On Ice in ‘fix row’ as fans claim pro skater ‘has it in their contract to get to the final’
DANCING On Ice is in a new "fix" row after viewers accused bosses of giving one pro skater a contract that ensures she gets to the final.
Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, after they saw pro skater Vanessa Bauer, 27, and her celeb partner Miles Nazaire progress their way towards the final.
One user wrote: "I smell a rat already. Miles should’ve been bottom of that skate. Must be in Vanessa’s contract to get to the final!!"
Another added: "Miles I'm 100% confident because its written into Vanessa’s contract that she has to be in the final."
"Is it written into the contract that evil Vanessa has to be in the final EVERY YEAR?," penned a third.
Whilst another agreed: "Seems that way."

Fans have also accused judges of over marking Vanessa and Miles.
A couple of shows back, one person tweeted: "No way was Miles' skate a 9. There was not enough solo skating or variety in that. But this is why he will win."
Whilst another hit out: "Why do they keep overmarking Miles and Vanessa? That was worth a 7 at best?"
"The evil Miles and The evil Vanessa could just stand and do nothing and they’d get 9.5 from Torvill and Dean," added a third.
Vanessa and Miles are speculated to be romantically involved after fans spotted sparks flying between them.
Speaking about the romance speculation surrounding them on Lorraine, Miles said: "We get it. Of course there's going to be speculation of romance. It's fun and it's nice but also it's like we really want to show how much work we're putting into this.
"We don't want it to be taken away like 'aw, it's a new couple or something'. We're together every day, hours and hours a day, and we have such amazing friendship, genuinely."
