‘Please bring it back,’ devastated fans beg over discontinued Fenty foundation, with just some shades still left for $13
MAKEUP lovers pleaded for a discontinued foundation to return, but the shades remaining are seriously discounted.
The hydrating coverup, created by Barbadian singer and businesswoman Rihanna, is on sale for $13.
Fenty's Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation typically costs $36 at Sephora.
Currently, each foundation is $23 off.
Though it's mostly sold out, it's still available in three shades.
According to their description on Sephora's website, the foundation has a medium coverage and natural finish.
It's a "hydrating, natural finish foundation that delivers comfortable, long-wear in medium-to-full coverage perfect for normal to dry skin."
The product has more than 2,300 reviews and a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.
Some people were begging Fenty to restock the foundation.
"Please bring this product back in all of the shades," one person wrote. I was 105 and I absolutely loved this foundation."
"I just wanted to come back and say that In 2024 I’m still rooting for this to come back. It was the best thing I’ve ever used for my dry skin," a second wrote.
"Nothing ever was like this. Best foundation ever, your eaze drops are blah. I seriously cannot find anything else like this," a third said.
"You're wrong for discontinuing this," a fourth added. "Please bring this back i never liked foundation this much."
Fenty Beauty by Rihanna was started in 2017.
She intended to create a makeup line “so that women everywhere would be included,” her bio on LVMH's site said.
Rihanna's vision is to inspire people.
“Makeup is there for you to have fun with. It should never feel like pressure," she said.
