HARRODS has given the hot weather the heave ho ho ho — by getting all geared up for Christmas.
The luxury store has gone festive four months early by putting up trees and laying out decorations.
As customers step in from the sweltering sunshine outside, a white deer ornament — available for £1,800 — will greet them in the hallway.
A tree will set loaded punters back £3,000, while the baubles are £29 a pop at the posh store in Knightsbridge, West London.
Budget store Home Bargains started selling festive goods two months ago as rain pelted Britain.
It said at the time: “Summer isn’t happening this year.”

However during July's heatwave a garden center in Basildon, Essex, put out Christmas trees and decorations.
Charlotte Harrington, the manager at Summerhill’s in Basildon, Essex, explained: “For many, many years now, we’ve opened our Christmas department on the August bank holiday.
"The stock comes in early and we gradually start putting it out on the shop floor. This is just a small fraction of what we have.
“But our Christmas displays are so spectacular it takes time to get everything set up, so we have to start early.
“It may seem a little odd putting them out now — especially with the hot weather.
“But we have to plan so far in advance.”
