A 61-year-old has been praised for ditching the hair dye and embracing ageing.
Annie, from Scotland, revealed she ditched the dye back in 2019 and began to embrace ageing - and it seems to have paid off.
The age-defying beauty who calls herself a 'silver sister' revealed she was advocating for middle-aged women and was sick of the notion they had to disappear after reaching a certain age.
She said: "We may be older, have more grey hair and wrinkles, carry a bit of extra poundage, and sag a bit in certain areas, but that doesn’t mean we’re any less than we were before.
"Absolutely not!"
In the Instagram snap the silver-haired beauty showed a picture of herself from a decade ago with dark blonde hair wearing an embellished jumper.

Now with silver locks and and a pink jumper, Annie looks much more confident and plenty of people said shed looked even younger now.
Annie regularly shares what it's like to age gracefully and embrace the process.
She said: "If you follow my posts you’ll probably know that my main motivation for being on here is to help keep us midlife ladies visible, and change perceptions of what it looks and feels like to be a 50/60plus woman in this particular era.
"After years of being rendered invisible and irrelevant…we’re fighting back, not slinking off and blending into the background as per expected."
In another picture posted to her Instagram account @annie_and_molly_m Annie revealed some of her favourite make-up products for her mature skin.
After reading The Beauty Edit by India Knight she decided to go ahead and purchase some of the recommended products and was thrilled with their performance.
She added: " ‘it’ Cosmetics CC+ Cream, and e.l.f. Halo Glow Liquid Filter - which is very similar to Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Filter, are two of the products she had on her best list.
"I purchased, and am very well pleased with the results on my 60+ skin.
"Really loving the wonderful glow this combo imparts, whilst giving good coverage, but still looking natural."
Her Instagram has amassed a following of women who thanked Annie for her tips on ageing naturally, but many claimed she was looking younger and better than ever.
One person wrote: "Haven't changed a bit, as a matter of fact, you look more amazing than ever."
Another commented: "Incredible, like fine wine."
"Gorgeous then and now," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "You have actually become more attractive since 2016."
"You are so beautiful,” claimed a fifth.
