Luisa Zissman admits she ‘staffs the sh*t up’ with 15 employees & ‘more nannies than kids’ in £7.5 million mansion

LUISA ZISSMAN has revealed that she "staffs the sh*t up in her her lavish mansion, and added that she has "more nannies than kids".

The mum of three shared details of her luxurious lifestyle on Rob Beckett and Josh Widdecombe's podcast, Parenting Hell.

Luisa, 36, revealed that after realising how hard being a new mother is she decided to "staff the sh*t up" before her second child was born.

The Apprentice star revealed that she had a maternity nanny 24/7 in her £7.5 million 10 bed Hetfordshire mansion.

"I'm not going through any of those sleepless nights ever again", she said.

Luisa revealed that having her first child at 23 was the "worst thing" she ever did, as she had "no clue" what she was doing.

She said her ex-husband was no help and added that breast feeding made her depressed.

Having learned from the mistakes she made the first time around, Luisa said that when her second child was born, she had "more nannies than kids".

Luisa explained that the nannies don't work at the same time, except when she is having her friends around, so that they can relax.

She said: "This weekend we had a few nannies here, because I just think, why not?"

The I'm A Celebrity star revealed that she has a whopping 15 staff working for her, including four housekeeper's, four gardeners, two grooms (who look after their horses) and cleaners.

"I'm like creating jobs over here", she said.

Luisa's friend and LuAnna podcast partner Anna Williamson, who was also a guest on the show, then jumped in to say that working in Luisa's house is like "being part of the family" and described the mansion as a "commune".

Anna said that Luisa's mansion is so big that it reminds her of Champneys, which is a chain of lavish spa resorts.

She added that as soon as she walks in the door, Luisa's housekeeper offers her a cappuccino and said that she even has her own toilet in her pal's mansion.

Luisa said that her home is like a "mad house" and said that her staff even have their own car park in the grounds of her estate.

Despite their immense luxury, Luisa said that she wants to keep her three kids humble by making them make their own beds and do their own laundry.

Luisa lives in her mansion with her husband Irish businessman Andrew Collins, who she married in 2015.

The pair share two daughters Indigo and Clementine.
