‘Don’t say that word’ complains Kate Garraway as she apologises for GMB guest swearing on air
KATE Garraway was forced to apologise and issue a warning to a Good Morning guest this morning after he swore twice live on air.
The conversation took an unexpected turn on the early morning show when regular contributor Iain Dale revealed an intimate detail about his backside.
The broadcaster and political commentator, 61, claimed he had a "pert a**e" while holding a pair of headline making M&S 'bum-lifting' pants that cost £15.
An exasperated Kate told him: "Don't say that word."
After apologising she then urged him to use the 'bottom' instead, if he had to.
As the programme went to a break co-host Adil Ray rose from his seat and pretended he was going to teach Iain a lesson before giggling.

It comes a day after Susanna Reid was forced to intervene during a fiery debate in the studio.
The show anchor ordered guests Narinder Kaur, 51, and Savannah Miller, 45, to "calm down" as they discussed pop star Lily Allen's comments about how having kids "ruined" her career.
The Smile hitmaker, 38, caused a stir with her typically stark remarks, in which she told the Radio Times: "My children ruined my career."
The parent-of-two added: "I love them and they complete me, but in terms of pop stardom, they totally ruined it."
Her words were the topic of Good Morning Britain's final debate on Wednesday, entitled: "Do kids ruin your career?"
Actress Narinder and fashion designer Savannah were at loggerheads, with voices raised from both parties and stark remarks shot across the table.
Susanna, 53, sitting alongside co-presenter Ed Balls, 57, said: "Calm down a little bit.
"You don't need to shout at each other about this."
The mum of three held out her hand as she added: "We can be sisterly."
Yet broadcaster and mum of two Narinder continued on her debate.
She claimed mums have to put kids or career first, while parent of four Savannah suggested "sacrifices" might need to be made - but mums in essence could have both.
Narinder claimed she would give Lily a "pat on the back" for her words and said: "You absolutely cannot have a successful career and raise children, it's a lie.
"No no no absolutely not."
Savannah attempted to intervene but Narinder continued: "If you want to be a completely present mum for physical and emotional needs you need to be a mum at home."
The fashionista retorted and branded her views "defeatist and damaging" and told how, after she read her kids a bedtime story, she "got back on my laptop."
Later in the discussion, Narinder argued: "The world is not made for two working parents."
Savannah retorted and told how: "The flexible working bill has just been passed in government."
Going on the attack, Narinder told her: "I think you come from a very privileged position," before Susanna intervened again and insisted: "Can we let Savannah finish?"
She then argued: "I am a flexible worker and I always have been.
"I took my children with me to work and I was very lucky but I worked very hard.
"Just to be clear, it doesn't come for free - I sacrificed enormously.

"I was at home with my kids Narinder, I sacrificed my social life."
Ed then intervened and said two parents usually work to "make ends meet" not as a "privilege" as the debate was called to a halt to make way for the Lorraine show.
