SHERIDAN Smith has returned to Gavin & Stacey for the final episode, The Sun can reveal.
The actress, 43, previously dated James Corden and played his character Smithy’s sister Rudi in the comedy.
Insiders said Sheridan, who was not in the 2019 Xmas special, filmed her scenes over the weekend.
A source said: “She is an incredible actress and stepped straight back into Rudi’s shoes.
It was like no time had passed at all.
Sheridan was over the moon she could go back into the fold and her scenes are brilliant.”

James, 45, dated Sheridan between 2007 and 2009, and called her the “love of his life”.
They remained on good terms after their split.
Sheridan played Rudi in series two and three.
The show ended in 2010 before the 2019 one-off.
The Sun first revealed James and co-star and writer Ruth Jones, 57, started work on a new script in February.
The last-ever episode will air on BBC One on Christmas Day.
