The Mayorkas impeachment query is just the latest sideshow

If Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is not doing his job to the House Republicans’ satisfaction, whose fault is that? Congress writes the immigration laws. Congress allocates funding. Because Congress has chosen to not provide the Department of Homeland Security with sufficient funding for enough asylum judges, border agents, border protection technology, etc., to enforce the current laws, how can that same Congress complain when the border is chaotic?
