Major supermarket launches garden furniture sale including egg chairs, hammocks and patio sets with 20% off
A MAJOR supermarket has launched a huge garden furniture sale with prices slashed by 20% across items including egg chairs, hammocks, barbecues and patio sets.
Supermarket giant Asda has cut prices across more than 100 items ranging from state-of-the-art grills to must-have kids' toys.
With spring having finally made an appearance and more sunshine forecast the sale offers the perfect opportunity to revamp your outside space.
But, remember to always check prices against other retailers to ensure you really are getting the best deal.
To do this you can use online tools such as Trolley.co.uk or Google Shopping.
And bear in mind that a bargain is only really a bargain if you were going to buy the item anyway.

Here's our pick of the items on offer:
Mykonos Rattan Corner Dining Set - was £599, NOW £479.20
This stylish corner sofa dining set by George Home has been reduced in price by £119.80.
The hand-woven poly rattan frames and deep-filled cushions will ensure you can relax in comfort this summer.
The set includes three-seat and two-seat sofas that come together to form an L shape as well as a rectangular dining table and two stools.
It has an average rating of 4.7 stars, with one customer writing: "Great for the price - would recommend."

Double Swing and Glide - was £99, NOW £79.20
If you're wondering how to keep your family entertained this summer check out this swing set, which has been reduced in price by £19.80.
The set includes two swings and a two-person glide to delight youngsters.
The set is made from a durable powder coated steel frame and has height-adjustable, ergonomic, and contoured seats.
And, more than 300 Asda customers have given it a five-star rating.
Black Boho Hammock With Stand - was £79, NOW £63.20
If you fancy reclining in style this summer check out this boho-style hammock, which has had its price cut by £15.80.

Customers have given the hammock an average rating of 4.8-stars.

This hanging egg chair is a great statement piece for your outdoor space and Asda has cut its price by £49.80.
The chair itself is made from hand-woven poly rattan.
It hangs from a galvanised steel frame and comes with weather-resistant cushions to make a great space to relax.
Customers have given the chair an average star rating of 4.5.
Disney Stitch Pool Play Centre - was £40, NOW £32
Little ones will love this fun pool play centre, which has been reduced in price by £8.
Featuring Disney favourite Stitch the pool includes a slide, water spray and hoop game.
It's been rated 3.9 stars by customers with one writing: "This paddling pool is perfect. My daughter loves the design and the slide feature was a massive winner - great quality and value for money."
Lay-Z-Spa Paris Airjet Hot tub - was £450, NOW £360
If you fancy reclining in bubbles this summer check out this hot tub, which has had its price cut by almost £100.
The Lay-Z-Spa can seat four to six people and includes a multicolour LED lighting system.
It also offers a massage system of 140 air jets that will create a cloud of soothing bubbles and heat water up to 40°C.
Customers have given the spa system an average rating of 4.7 stars.
JCB Tractor Ride On - was 330, NOW £24
This fun JCB ride-on tractor has been cut in price by £6.
The toy has a squeaky horn and under seat storage.
It's aimed at kids aged between one and three-years-old.
Customers have given it an average star rating of 4.7.
While these deals are tempting, it’s always worth comparing prices before making a purchase.

Last month Wilko slashed prices by up to £500 on a range of items.

Shop the budget range
Savvy shopper Eilish Stout-Cairns recommends that shoppers grab items from Asda's Just Essentials range.
She said: "Asda's budget range is easy to spot as it's bright yellow! Keep your eyes peeled for yellow and you'll find their Just Essentials range.
"It's great value and I've found it has a much wider selection of budget items compared to other supermarkets.
Sign up to Asda Rewards
The savvy-saver also presses on the importance of signing up to Asda's reward scheme.
She said: "Asda Rewards is free to join and if you shop at Asda you should absolutely sign up.
"As an Asda Rewards member, you'll get exclusive discounts and offers, and you’ll also be able to earn 10% cashback on Star Products.
"This will go straight into your cashpot, and once you've earned at least £1, you can transfer the money in your cashpot into ASDA vouchers.

Look out for booze deals
Eilish always suggests that shoppers looking to buy booze look out for bargain deals.
She said: "Asda often has an alcohol offer on: buy six bottles and save 25%.
"The offer includes selected bottles with red, white and rose options, as well as prosecco. There are usually lots of popular bottles included, for example, Oyster Bay Hawkes Bay Merlot, Oyster Bay Hawkes Bay Merlot and Freixenet Prosecco D.O.C.
"Obviously, the more expensive the bottles you choose, the more you save."
Join Facebook groups
The savvy saver also recommends that fans of Asda join Facebook groups to keep in the know about the latest bargains in-store.
Eilish said: "I recommend joining the Latest Deals Facebook Group to find out about the latest deals and new launches in store.
"Every day, more than 250,000 deal hunters share their latest bargain finds and new releases.
"For example, recently a member shared a picture of Asda's new Barbie range spotted in store.
"Another member shared the bargain outdoor plants she picked up, including roses for 47p, blackcurrant bushes for 14p and topiary trees for 14p."
