I got married in a Zara top and white jeans – we took the Tube in the morning, everything was cheap but still perfect
A WOMAN has shared her budget-friendly wedding which saw her getting married in a white Zara top and a pair of denim bottoms.
Stunning bride Madi Wilmshurst took to TikTok to share adorable snaps of her big day, which proved you don't need to fork out a fortune on a wedding.
According to the young woman, who tied the knot with the lover of her life in Chelsea, London, the couple started off the day by jumping on the Tube to pick up their flower bouquet.
Once the gorgeous blooms - which included bare root roses - had been secured, the duo set off to the town hall, where only their parents were present to watch the intimate ceremony.
Madi, who was wearing a beautiful white Zara top with a flattering plunging neckline, had paired the outfit with white jeans, as well as bespoke yellow shoes and a matching bag of a similar colour.
The heels, she proudly shared in the video, were also engraved with with the big date, as well as her new initials.

''These now sit pride of place in my bedroom,'' the beauty told the followers on her page.
With the Romeo now officially being her hubby, the newlyweds and their family took a few snaps and headed out to celebrate the romantic occasion with some G&T.
''Our low key legal wedding at Chelsea Old Town Hall,'' Madi wrote in the caption of the heart-warming video.
Dozens of fellow social media users flocked to comments to congratulate the couple on their big day.

''Individual and grounded in love and not bland weddings that are based on a billion other ones to keep up with the Jones’s!''
Someone else agreed, adding: ''This is totally lovely… Congratulations 🥂 you both look fabulous. Beautiful shoes and bouquet.''
Another chimed in: ''I am totally here for this!! There’s just something so perfect about intimate weddings.
''We had 28, 20 too many imo [in my opinion] but had to compromise lol.''
''Fantastic, you look so beautiful and happy. Have an amazing life together,'' a fourth wished the couple.
Bridal expert reveals the must-have trends for 2024
Event whizz Tsitsi Lynn Makuni claimed that mini gowns, wearing bows for tying the knot and donning bold accessories are among this season’s must-haves for marriage, The Sun reported earlier.
RING THE CHANGES - brides are opting for not one, but two dresses.
HITCH UP THE SKIRTS - short dresses were a huge hit at the Scottish Wedding Show’s October Catwalk and Tsitsi said more bridal boutiques are now offering shorter styles.
BRIGHT NOT WHITE - white and ivory dresses are no longer a given as more designers offer pastel options, and we will see a demand in more bold colours too.
BE BOLD - the accessories, too, will be as bold as our dresses. Expect to see dramatic headbands, pearl-embellished veils, elegant gloves and retro sunglasses.
TAKE A BOW - from small bows on headpieces and shoes to oversized bows on dresses, this is a wedding trend that’s showing no signs of slowing down, the expert revealed.
