Danielle Harold reveals secret jungle struggle that WASN’T shown on I’m A Celeb saying ‘it was so hard’
I'M A Celebrity's latest casualty Danielle Harold has lifted the lid on a secret struggle she battled with in the jungle.
Danielle, 31, spoke about the hard time she endured that was not shown on camera after becoming the fifth star to be given the boot.
And the former EastEnders actress, who played Lola Pearce in the BBC soap, says she found it "so hard".
Speaking after her exit, Danielle revealed she was "eaten alive" by ants while living in the Australian camp.
Danielle said the constant rain in the jungle made things even worst, as the damp weather brought out extra beasts including blood-sucking leaches.
The star said: "Listen, that jungle eats you alive. I've eaten by ants. The littlest thing in that jungle is the worst."

She added: "I can't stress how hard it is living in the jungle.
"Every year I watch this show and I feel bad now for sitting at home and laughing the whole way through it.
"Now I’m going to be like, 'Oh my gosh, guys. I’ve got you, you’re gonna get through it'."
Danielle went on to describe jungle life as "so, so tough" and said the unusual wet weather affected everyone in camp.
"I think the rain for us was the thing we struggled with most, because the rain brings out the leeches and all different kinds of animal creatures in that place.
"They're out to give you a munch. I think the animals ate better than us in there for sure. The mosquitoes definitely did."
Danielle was the fifth campmate to leave I'm A Celebrity at the end of Thursday night's show.
She received the least amount of public votes after going up against boxer Tony Bellew in the bottom two.
As she left the camp, Sam Thompson described Danielle as his "sister" and she agreed with the comparison.
"He has literally become a little brother to me," she smiled, adding that they both got along because they are "crazy".
The actress was met on the bridge by her mum Lisa Marie and has since been whisked off the the evicted celebs' luxury hotel.
During her exit chat with Ant and Dec, Danielle did make a quick swipe at First Dates star Fred Sirieix.
Asked who was the better chef between Josie Gibson and Fred, she replied: "I am going to go with Josie. I prefer the home cooking."
