Masuimi Max dead at 45: Playboy model & actress who starred alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Ice Cube mourned after death
A PLAYBOY star has been found dead in her home, sparking a police investigation.
Police were called Thursday morning to Masuimi Max's Las Vegas home, where they found the actress and model.
As of now, police do not suspect foul play, however, there is an ongoing investigation currently being conducted, according to TMZ.
There are no other details available about Max's death.
Max has had a successful modeling career for over two decades. Since 2000, she has appeared in numerous publications including Bizarre Magazine, Maxim, and Playboy.
A fixture at the mansion, she was spotted at multiple Playboy Mansion events during the late 2000s.
The alternative pin-up star also got into acting. She appeared in movies like "Cornman: American Vegetable Hero" and "Giantess Battle Attack."
Max also had an uncredited role in "xXx: State of the Union" starring Samuel L. Jackson and Ice Cube.
Her last Facebook post was on January 15, with the model seeming to be in good spirits.
"I woke up to pee... ended up baking a cake at 4am. Didn't have icing so I used peanut butter for the bottom layer and hazelnut spread for the top," she wrote.
"The bottom layer was a little wet in the middle, despite using the toothpick to check. I found out when I flipped it over, so I microwaved it for a couple mins.

Since the news of her death, fans have been taking to social media to share their condolences.
"Rest well @masuimimax - You were always amazing to me and brought more smiles than I can ever recall. You loved Ricky Bobby too and that always meant a lot to me. Hope he gives you the biggest kiss." one person wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter).
"RIP Masuimi Max. She was someone who I learned of her work in my early 20s. She created such incredible art was outstanding in her beauty and may she rest in power," wrote another fan.
Writer Shane Bitterling-lebells, who knew the model well, discribed how great Max was to work with.
"I'm hearing that one of my favorite people to work with, Masuimi Max, has died. I'm hoping this isn't true. Always prepared, dedicated, professional, and fun. Trailblazing and innovative. And man, just cool. She was a true trailblazer and innovative," he wrote on his platform.
