"I’m so happy, all is right with the world again now that you are starting a new season. You bring us joy for the 1 hour you are on," said a third.

Call the Midwife's new series comes after its dramatic Christmas special that saw a horrific ambulance crash carrying a mother of quads.
Expectant mother Mrs Brenda Shelby was being transferred to another hospital as Sister Julienne and Nurse Nancy travelled with her.
However, the snow meant they couldn't get very far quickly, and Brenda went into labour.
She gave birth to a son, but before her daughter arrived, a car swerved to dodge a man in the road and crashed into the ambulance.
While shaken, the women had to carry on with the labour.
