HAVE you ever wanted to be a fly on the wall in a celebrity’s home to see how they decorate for the festive season?
Now’s your chance as Molly-Mae Hague has given fans a glimpse of how she’s gone all out for Christmas.
The 24-year-old Love Island star shared how she’s created an epic display in the entrance to her home, opting for a cute penguin theme which she’s “obsessed” with.
The garland spans the length of her marble staircase and combines a mixture of winter, snow-covered flowers with adorable toy penguins which look like they’re sliding down the banister.
The garland also features twinkling fairy lights as a magical finishing touch.
And Molly, who is mum to baby Bambi with fiance Tommy Fury, has now revealed she was inspired by another home and interiors influencer @haleofahouse.

In a video posted to her Instagram home profile @mollymaison, Molly nicknamed the decorations “the penguin slide.”
She added: “This year’s stair garland – I’m obsessed.
“Inspo – @haleofahouse.”
Earlier this month @haleofahouse uploaded a tutorial of how to make the special winter staircase garland – and revealed she bought everything you need from Amazon.
After being inundated with questions about how she made it, the home influencer happily dished out tips on what she called the “DIY penguin snow slide.”
First up, she explained what to add to your shopping list, including fairy lights for the base and the all-important penguins.
She said: “Every item is from Amazon Prime.”
@haleofahouse then went through each one in more detail and how you go about building the creation, starting out with some polyester wadding that can be bought from £9.
She explained: “I’d say you need 2 or 3 rolls depending on how long your handrail is (can always return if you get too much).
“I shredded/ cut the roll in half lengthways to make it easier to make it easier to loop through each spindle.
“I finish by tucking the ends into it. You can always use a bullnose clip or staple to make it more secure.”

Up next, it’s time to add the fairy lights and she recommends buying some that are “dainty and slim”.
Again, you wrap these around “using the same principle as you do with the wadding.”
After the wadding and lights are securely on the staircase, it’s all about the fun part – the penguins.
@haleofahouse bought hers from an Amazon seller called Vivid Arts, although you can buy from lots of different stores.
She explained: “Ufft. Can’t handle how cute they are.
“These are available on eBay too. Make sure you get the 15cm size or larger.”
The interiors pro added that she purchased “4 different types of the same family” but that the “sky is the limit” and you can even use penguin teddy bears if you prefer.
Once you’ve chosen your selection, purchase some thick white ribbon, which needs to be thick enough to hold the penguins in place.
She continued: “Cut about a 60cm piece of ribbon and superglue to the bottom base (centre) of the penguin and leave to set for a few hours.
“Now tie the ribbon underneath the handrail as tight as you can. The penguins are quite heavy and the knot needs to be nice and firm so they can stay upright.”
She then showed how they should look like they’re sliding down, just like Molly’s did.
The final finishing touch was to add some hollow fibre, which “will hide the fairy light wires” to create the “fluffy, snow effect” look.
You simply pat it on, as it self-adheres, and then switch on your fairy lights for the big reveal.
It's the cutest thing
While Molly’s was loosely based on @haleofahouse’s design, it went down equally as well.
After gaining almost 200k likes, people said it was “the cutest thing” they’d ever seen, adding that Molly had nailed it as it was “dream decor.”
This comes after reality star and influencer Molly-Mae showed off how she will be decorating her table for the big day.
The mum-of-one shared a snap to the profile of the gorgeous set-up, which included so many bargain buys from Home Sense.
On top of her cream table, she had laid out three sittings with a pretty white plate, gold cutlery and art deco style champagne and water glasses.
She then added individual napkins featuring a gold reindeer side by side to a mini white and gold gonk.
