Joey Essex shows off his incredible I’m A Celebrity weight loss after losing two stone in just THREE weeks
JOEY Essex has revealed he lost a staggering two stone during his most recent stint in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
The former Towie star, 33, took part in the Australian version of the reality show last year and came out much thinner than when he went in.
Joey was in the jungle Down Under for three weeks but was voted out at the first opportunity by the Aussie public.
Taking to social media, as the new UK series gets underway, the Essex lad has now shared several unseen images from his time on the show.
Posing topless in the mirror of his hotel bathroom, Joey revealed the weight he lost while eating measly portions of food.
He captioned the picture: "3 weeks later... Lost 2 stone. My first pic out of the Aussie jungle."

Joey appeared in I'm A Celebrity Australia in January 2022 and he was reportedly the highest paid star to take part.
But unfortunately, Aussies didn't appear to warm to him and he was first to be given the chop.
Following his exit, one fan wrote on Twitter: "Yess Joey got the least amount of votes."
"Joey didn't win thank God," another replied.
Joey did, however, manage to briefly win the affections of Miss Universe winner Maria Thatill.
The pair were caught in a steamy embrace during their jungle experience, but it didn't last.
Maria later said in her I'm A Celeb Australia exit interview: "Joey and I are friends, we’re friends.
"We’re flirty friends, and we agreed that the jungle under the microscope, it was just pushing things a little bit."
Meanwhile, Joey appeared in the UK version of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in 2013.
He had better luck on home soil and finished in fourth place. Westlife singer Kian Egan won the year Joey took part.
