BRIT Awards 2025: Start time, hosts, performances and nominations
WITH the biggest names in music heading to London, the BRIT Awards 2025 is set to be a star-studded night.
And now, two more performers have just been added to the lineup for the 45th annual ceremony this weekend. Here’s what you need to know about the event.
Where and what time can I watch the BRIT Awards 2025?
The BRITs will be held at the O2 Arena and will air live in prime time on Saturday night (March 1) at 8:15pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV, and STV Player.
The good news is that it’s completely free to watch in the UK.
Plus, the ceremony will also be available to stream on YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
For viewers in the US, the show will be broadcast live on ITV1 at 3:15pm ET / 12:15pm PT, with streaming available on ITVX.

American fans can also watch by using a VPN, which allows access to platforms like ITV1 and ITVX on a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV—even from outside the UK.
Who is performing at the BRITs in 2025?
On 26 February 2025, British jazz band Ezra Collective and singer Jorja Smith announced that they’ll be taking the stage at this year’s BRIT Awards.
The 2023 Mercury Prize winners will be performing alongside a star-studded lineup, including Jade, Lola Young, Myles Smith, Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, Teddy Swims, and The Last Dinner Party.
However, Shaboozey and Charli XCX unfortunately had to pull out of the event.
Ezra Collective are up for four awards this year, making them one of the most nominated acts of the night.
Speaking ahead of Saturday’s big show, the band’s drummer Femi Koleoso shared his excitement: "Honestly, the opportunity to play at the BRITs is so precious.
"I grew up watching the BRITs; I think about performances from Gorillaz and Skepta; and those moments, when I was sat as a teenager in my room, really were massive for me as wanting to become a musician.
"So I'm honoured to play, because it's an honour, but I'm honoured that we get the opportunity to give this moment to the teenage versions of Ezra Collective that will be watching.
"Absolutely can't wait to make you all dance on Saturday night. God bless you all, peace."
Meanwhile, Jorja Smith shared her excitement for the performance by reposting the official BRITs announcement on her Instagram.
She captioned it: "Let's go, " with a string of love hearts and tagged Ezra Collective in the story.
Following the tragic death of Liam Payne last year, rumours have been flying around about the potential reunion of One Direction to pay tribute to the late singer-songwriter.
However, The Sun reported that One Direction rejected an offer to reunite at the BRIT Awards.
Who is hosting the event?
English comedian and TV personality Jack Whitehall is set to return as host of the BRIT Awards for the fifth time, marking his comeback after last hosting in 2021.
Before the main event, Harriet Rose and Munya Chawawa kicked things off with The BRITs 2025: The Warm-Up on February 27.
Special guests included Jade, Jack Whitehall, Danny Jones, Rachel Chinouriri, and Confidence Man.
On the big night, BRITs 2025: Live From The Red Carpet will be hosted by radio and TV presenter Sian Welby, who previously revealed this year’s nominees, alongside broadcaster and cultural commentator Zeze Millz.
The red carpet show will go live from 5:30pm on the BRITs’ official Instagram and Facebook.
Once the stars have hit the stage, KISS FM presenter Henrie will be chatting with the night’s winners, while Radio 1 presenter Jack Saunders, armed with his AAA pass, will be catching up with all the celebs attending.
In addition to the red carpet team, Grimegran, the undisputed nan of the grime scene, is stepping in at 86 years old, bringing her biscuit tin and a pot of tea to interview the artists live from the red carpet.
Can the public go to the Brit Awards?
General sale tickets went live at 10am on December 16.
As of now, there are still a few tickets left priced at £310, available through the O2 Arena and AXS website.

But they’re not expected to last much longer.
The BRIT Awards’ official ticket page has already been taken down, so if you’re hoping to grab a last-minute seat, you’ll need to act fast.
