TOTTENHAM confirmed the £65m signing of Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth with a unique comic-style animated video.
It's a record sale for Bournemouth - exceeding the £40m they received from Manchester City for defender Nathan Ake in 2020.
Tottenham will initally pay £55m for Solanke after triggering his release clause, with further £10m possible in bonuses.
Solanke, 26, has now completed his medical after signing a six-year deal to keep him at Tottenham until 2030.
To announce their blockbuster signing, Spurs released a video showing an animated version of Solanke in different club kits.
The striker himself does appear in-between shots, wearing his new full kit and offering his hand out before the clever comic promotion ends.
Solanke joined Bournemouth for £19m in 2019 from Liverpool, who are understood to have a 20% sell-on clause on any profit.
Reacting to the video, one fan commented: "Wow you absolutely cooked for once, unreal."
A second wrote: "That’s the best reveal we’ve done since the ‘Bale returns’ one."
While another said: "Banger. What a banger."

Before a fourth replied: "Lets go! Clever announcement. I like it."
Solanke enjoyed the best season of his career in 2023-24, scoring 21 goals in 42 appearances for the Cherries.
He is expected to be at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday for a pre-season friendly against Bayern Munich.
The game will see Spurs' former target man and captain - Harry Kane - return to the club for the first time, alongside Eric Dier.
Spurs had not signed a striker since record scorer Kane left for Germany last summer.
