MANY people are jumping on the bandwagon with getting face filler removed for a more natural look.
One cosmetic doctor has revealed how one woman had come to him with large lips and enhanced features, but wanted a new appearance.
Dr Castellar, who works in Barcelona and Madrid, claims to have performed some subtle tweaks in order to showcase her natural beauty, and revealed her face after his work.
While the woman looked beautiful in both shots, the “after” reveal looked worlds apart.
The doctor showed how he had drastically changed her heavily-filled lips and tried to make any cosmetic work look less obvious.
On his @doctor_castellar account, he wrote: “Our lovely patient visited us today and she looks this pretty.

“We've performed several aesthetic treatments on her, what do you think they are?”
The clip was shared on Instagram with the caption: “Transforming beauty naturally.
“Say goodbye to overfilled and hello to subtle enhancements.”
The video has racked up hundreds of thousands of likes and people were amazed at the difference.
One said: “Wonderful case doctor ! Congratulations !!! It's amazingly better and natural now.”
Another added: “she looks so gorgeous in both but a more natural look definitely suits her better.”
Meanwhile, some questioned whether it was the same woman, with one person writing: “Not the same person lol.”
While the doctor didn't confirm the validity, many were impressed at the clip.
Numerous celebs including Molly Mae Hague and Gemma Collins are opting for au natural over plumped up glam, and - along with many others - are showing off their natural pouts after getting their lip fillers removed.
Molly-Mae said she got a “full package” of the filler treatment for £500, targeting her cheeks, jaw and lips, after leaving the Love Island villa in 2019 and she was left looking “like a different person”.
Speaking on The Diary Of A CEO podcast, she said: 'I wouldn’t say I got addicted to it, but by the age of 21, I didn’t look like the same person.
“I literally looked like a different person. When I look back at pictures now, I’m terrified of myself. I’m like, 'Who was that girl?' I don’t know what happened.
“But there was this one pivotal moment where I’d gone and got loads of filler and I posted a YouTube video and I hadn’t let the filler settle and it was really swollen and a screenshot from that video, it trended on Twitter for weeks.
“It was horrendous... My face was literally like, it was just awful. That was the moment for me as well where I was like, I think things need to change.”
The Love Islander said she looked five years younger after getting her fillers dissolved in 2020, adding: “I literally took it to the extreme and I just stripped myself back and weirdly, I felt the prettiest I'd ever felt, once it had all gone.
“I feel like I’d dropped about five years off my age and it was like, it was a really, really significant moment for me.”

Waleed Taleb from Vera Clinic, the leading hair transplant and cosmetic surgery hospital in Europe, says: “Any cosmetic procedure should be something that has been fully thought through and discussed with some you trust.
"As much as fillers and other cosmetic procedures can be reversed and dissolved this shouldn’t be something to be relied on."
