Whilst the water is boiling, find a spare bowl and place your spiral hair tie inside, the beauty fanatic demonstrated in the video.
The rest is magic - or pure physics, as some chuckled in the comments.
The boiling hot temperatures caused the band to instantly tighten and go back to its original shape - and it was all in a matter of seconds.
Since being shared on the platform, where the page has amassed more than 15million followers, the clip has gone viral.
