Graham’s brother Anthony Horadada said, “I am completely heartbroken to be typing this message to tell you all the devastating news that my baby brother Graham sadly passed away this afternoon.
“As you can imagine this is the most heartbreaking news not only for myself and our family but also to all that knew and loved him too.
“My baby brother will always in my heart.”
Outside of his time on TV and running one of Benidorm's most beloved bars, Graham Boland had a career in radio.
He was the drive-time DJ at Fresh Radio alongside his other endeavours.
Graham was also the former entertainment manager at Camping Villamar
One friend said, "So sad and shocked to hear the passing of Graham Boland 'Happy Days'.
"What a lovely guy... a legend in Benidorm. RIP Graham, you will be sadly missed by so many."
Others said they were "absolutely gutted and heartbroken here beyond belief".
No cause of death has officially been given for Graham Boland.
However, it is known that the Benidorm star was suffering from a long-term illness.

Graham shot to fame after appearing on Channel 5's Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun.
The show follows Brits who emigrate to Benidorm for a sunnier, cheaper lifestyle.
Graham was a stalwart of the show, appearing on several seasons from 2016 onwards.
Graham last appeared on the show in April last year - welcoming new love into his life with a puppy.
Tributes have flooded in for Graham - with the Happy Days owner being described as a "figurehead of Benidorm life".
