Liam Payne’s final tribute to son Bear as he tells fans ‘he looks like a mini me’ on star’s 31st birthday
LIAM Payne told fans his son Bear was his ‘mini me’ in a heartbreaking video posted on his 31st birthday.
The singer gave a rare insight into his life as a dad to Bear, who he shares with ex Cheryl, as he celebrated his milestone in August.
In a candid video, Liam told fans: “I didn’t get any dad socks yet, but I’m going to speak to my son which I’m really excited about.”
Clearly besotted with his seven year old, he wrote: “Bless him. He’s getting so big now. He’s a good boy, and he looks like a mini-me. As if we needed anymore me in the world.”
Liam became a dad in 2017 after a high-profile relationship with Girls Aloud singer Cheryl.
In 2022, Liam spoke about how important it was for him to be in his son’s life and revealed he saw him two or three times a week.

The former One Direction singer was in Buenos Aires for pal Niall Horan's tour when he plunged from the third floor on Wednesday afternoon.
Pablo Policicchio, the spokesperson for the security ministry of Buenos Aires, said police were called to the hotel by a worker about an "aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol".
Witnesses at the hotel said Liam smashed his laptop and had to be carried back to his room in the erratic incident earlier in the day, TMZ reported.
Cops found Liam dead in the hotel's inner courtyard at around 5pm local time (9pm UK time) when they arrived.
A red tent was put up over the body as cops began the investigation into the tragic death.
