I’m plus-size and proud – I might have jiggly legs, big calves and cellulite but I don’t care what trolls say
A WOMAN has revealed that she is plus-size and proud and won’t listen to what nasty trolls say about her body shape.
Shelby Fetterman, a nurse who is also a plus-size model, explained that she lives with Lipoedema, a long term chronic condition, whereby fat and connective tissue builds up in legs, hips, bottom and sometimes arms.
As a result of her condition, the red-haired beauty wants to encourage other women going through the same thing to love and embrace their bodies, regardless of their shape or size.
Posting on social media, Shelby claimed: “I don’t see legs like mine much in the modelling/fashion industries.
“So I’ll just do the representing myself.”
We then saw Shelby model a variety of different stunning dresses, as she wrote: “I’m wearing the mini dresses, normalising thick legs, jiggly legs, bruised legs, big calves and excessive cellulite.

“You are not alone.
“All legs are worthy legs.”
The plus-size influencer explained that she is pear-shaped and isn’t afraid to flaunt her figure online.
Shelby later confirmed: “I’m a signed model but there’s still so much more to be done!”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @shhhelbss, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed a whopping 84,100 views.
Social media users were stunned at the video and many were eager to support and compliment Shelby in the comments.
One person said: “Yes!!! You are BEAUTIFUL.”
Another added: “Thank you for doing this! I'm a lippy lady and it's uplifting to see this!”
A third commented: “You are absolutely gorgeous and I love your confidence, never be ashamed of how you look, everyone is beautiful!”
However, at the same time, not everyone was as kind.
One nasty troll penned: “There’s a reason why.”
But Shelby wasn’t afraid to clap back to the troll, as she responded: “Yeah, fat phobia.”
Meanwhile, another keyboard warrior claimed: “Imagine the fat & unhealthy trend taking off, getting fat, suing TikTok for exposure to fat f*****y & getting rich off it.”
