Inside Hannah Elizabeth’s surgery transformation from Love Island star to OnlyFans model
HANNAH Elizabeth has undergone quite the surgery transformation since finding fame on Love Island's 2015 series.
Former Playboy bunny Hannah, 33, came runner-up with her then-boyfriend Jon Clark, 34, but now she's hoping for a second chance at romance in the All Stars series.
Following her first sun-soaked stint, the blonde beauty turned to selling racy pictures on the adult site, OnlyFans.
She's also become an influencer, with more than 400k followers on Instagram, as well as a mum to her son Reggie, four.
After finding fame and making her fortune, Hannah went under the knife to enhance her natural beauty.
Last year, Hannah headed to Turkey for a fresh round of procedures, and vowed to be candid about the results on her Instagram page.

She uploaded an image showing her bandaged face and tape stuck over her eyelids as she lay on the hospital bed.
The Love Island alum flashed her plump pout to the camera for her selfie, which she captioned: "Day one I feel like a Bratz - I'm obsessed."
A Bratz toy is an American fashion doll made by Mattel - the creator of Barbie - with long hair, exaggerated eyes and stylish outfits.
She went on to to praise her surgeons before filming a video showing her walking around the ward in her surgical stockings.
Just days later, Hannah also showcased her new boobs after revealing the results of her nose job in Turkey.
Taking to her stories, the mother-of-one shared a photo of her chest in a supportive bra as she
"Go big or go home babes," Hannah captioned the snap, as she revealed she had larger implants put in her chest.
"New breast implants after having the baby has really helped me fill out the loose pocket and also helped with my rippling," she added.
"I'm blown away, I couldn't be happier."
Hannah also went on to show off the results of her other surgeries, which included "eyelid surgery" and a "fox eye lift".
She detailed of her past surgeries: "My first boob job at 18, here I am now, same person, still loving what I love. New implants at 32."
Hannah previously shared photos of her face before and after her rhinoplasty and said she was over the moon with her new nose.
The snaps were taken on the operating table, and she captioned her shots on Instagram: "I thought I would share my theatre pictures with you from my Rhinoplasty procedure with @serenecosmetic_ & @comfortzonesurgeryofficial.
"This is before any swelling and will be my end result #dollnose

Hannah sported some large bruises on her face days after the surgery, and showed fans her nose wrapped in bandages.
Describing it as a "pixie nose", Hannah wrote: "Couldn't be happier from what I can see already. New year, new nose b******."
