  • Brighton deal

    BRIGHTON have been busy trying to sneak Slavia Prague left-back El Hadji Malick Diouf from under the noses of rivals Crystal Palace.

    The Seagulls are in contact with the Czech club about their Senegalese star, with talks being held over a £20million deal.

    Palace are reluctant to bid so high but Brighton’s interest may force a return for the 20-year-old.

    Liverpool have also been linked with the one-cap ace and his versatility is highly prized.

    Diouf can also play in central defence or on the left of midfield.

    He's only spent two years in European football, having arrived at Norwegian side Tromso from home-country club Academie Mawade Wade.

  • Forest star eyed

    NOTTINGHAM FOREST want to find a home for striker Emmanuel Dennis and his £4million-a-year salary.

    There are talks with Watford but his former club cannot afford his wages.

    Sheffield Wednesday are keen but well short on terms and there have been offers from abroad.

    The Nigerian, 27, arrived at Forest from Watford for around £10million in August 2022.

    That fee could have doubled with add-ons, but instead Dennis has struggled.

    He's been frozen out by City Ground chief Nuno Espirito Santo this season.

  • Neymar 'offered' to Barça

    Brazilian superstar Neymar was reportedly offered the chance for a sensational return to Barcelona.

    The ex-PSG forward, who is currently playing in Saudi Arabia, now appears to be set to move to old club Santos.

    Bur before that the Catalans were given the opportunity to have him back.

    Neymar has suffered an injury-hit spell at Al-Hilal.

  • Werner move

    Timo Werner could be headed to the MLS.

    According to reports, the German forward is wanted by New York Red Bulls.

    Foot Mercato also says his future is uncertain after failing to impress on loan at Tottenham.

    Werner is still owned by RB Leipzig and has a contract until the end of the 2025-2026 season.

    Jobe Bellingham could follow brother Jude Bellingham's lead by playing in the Bundesliga.

    Ruben Amorim appears to want to keep Alejandro Garnacho.

    The Argie winger appeared destined to move to Napoli.

    However, before United beat Fulham - Amorim revealed how pleased he was with the wideman.

    The Portuguese said: "He's our player and I'm really happy with Garnacho, he's improving a lot,.

    "I think he had a really good game last Thursday [vs Rangers].

    "He's a young kid so he can recover very well, he's prepared for this game and we want to use all the talent of Garnacho to win this game."

  • Veiga loan deal set

    Renato Veiga's loan move to Juventus is set to be completed.

    Fabrizio Romano reported that Veiga arrived in Turin on Sunday evening.

    The Blues will receive £4million in the deal.

    It won't lead to a permanent transfer.

    Joshua Kimmich refused to discuss his future after his side Bayern Munich beat Freiburg 2-1.

    He told BILD: "To be honest, I can't stand up every three days and give you an update.

    Italian journalist Paolo Paganini has claimed that Arsenal could sign Dusan Vlahovic in January, if they pay 40 million euros (£33million) for him.

    Vlahovic leaving in January? If Arsenal arrives and brings 40 million euros, Vlahovic will leave in January too," he told Italian television programme 90° Minuto.

    "The renewal negotiations with his entourage have led to nothing. He has a contract until 2026, so if he doesn't leave now, he will leave in June, for sure."
