The tiny English village with its own remote beach, microclimate and pub with the ‘world’s best sunset views’

A REMOTE village in the UK is said to have some of the best views in the world - and 30C summers.

Kilnsea is a tiny village in Yorkshire found on the southeast tip.

Home to just a few hundred people, the nearest city is Hull, around 45 minutes away.

The main tourist attraction is the Kilnsea Sound Mirror, a Grade II listed acoustic mirror used in WWI as a warning device.

Many also visit for it's bird-watching, with the SPurd Bird Observatory best visited in autumn and winter

However, there is also Spurn Point, dubbed Yorkshire's Lands End. a huge stretch of sand which you can only access by foot or bike.

Otherwise there are also safari trips with guides conducting tours by vehicle if you don't fancy the three mile walk.

One person said it was "magical" with spectacular views and a lighthouse at the end.

For amazing scenes, Kilnsea is home to the Crown and Anchor, which people have said has the best sunset views in the world.

Pub owner David Whitaker compared Kilnsea to Marmite, due to it's remote location.

He told local media: "The nearest shops are ten miles away.

"That’s a big thing for people but once you’re here, it’s so beautiful and so peaceful.”

Another local said you can see everything from deer on the beach, who even sometimes peek into the pub, as well as seals in the ocean.

Not only that, but temperatures are often extreme, with below freezing in the winter and highs of 30C in the summer.

Linda, who has lived there for 15 years, added: "It has its own climate, you can get everything in one day.

"Wind, rain, sun, hail and snow, you can get the lot! When it’s nice, it’s too hot.”

If you fancy staying there are B&Bs including The Blue Bell, as well as holiday parks including Driftwood Caravan Site and Sandy Beaches.
