Here we go!
The countdown is on! After a brief and painless move to a new home (this blog), we are now counting down to another huge quarter-final between John Higgins and Xiao Guodong.
Higgins has found some form recently as we gear towards the World Championships, while Xiao has firmly established himself amongst the elite and has been a fixture in the top 16 all season.
This is expected to be a tight affair with neither Higgins nor Xiao reaching a century break so far in this tournament.
