Karen Hauer’s mystery man she took to Strictly final revealed as former rugby player – two months after marriage split
KAREN Hauer was spotted leaving the Strictly Come Dancing live final with a hunky former rugby player, The Sun Online can exclusively reveal.
Karen, 41, was seen heading out of Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire in the back of a black car, with a mystery chap sitting in front of her.
We can now reveal that Karen was pictured with Simon Davidson, who is an ex rugby player.
Simon is based in Manchester and works as a senior sports marketing manager for Adidas. He specialises in promoting rugby, cricket and boxing for the global athletic brand.
The sighting of Karen and Simon comes two months after it was revealed the Venezuelan dancer had split with her husband of 16 months, Jordan Wyn-Jones.

On Saturday, Karen returned to Strictly Come Dancing for this year's live final.
The professional dancer had been partnered with comedian Eddie Kadi, but they were the fourth pairing to be sent home in the series.
While they were still in the competition, it was revealed Karen had split with her husband Jordan.
Just hours before Strictly was broadcast live to the nation, news broke that they had gone their separate ways. The couple had tied the knot 16 months previously.
A source told The Mirror: “Karen and Jordan have had a tough time in the past few months and decided to split. It’s obviously very sad for both of them."
The insider added that the break-up was not acrimonious.
They added: “There’s no ill-will whatsoever. The split is amicable, and they wish each other the best.”
Days earlier, Karen had been spotted at the Pride Of Britain Awards without her wedding ring on her finger.
Karen had been married twice before she wed Jordan.
She was previously married to professional dancer Matthew Hauer for nine years.
The couple had met on US show So You Think You Can Dance? but they went their separate ways in 2009.
Karen later married Strictly pro Kevin Clifton, but they divorced in 2018.
In June 2022, she said 'I do' with Jordan at the exclusive Chewton Glen country house in Hampshire and described it as a "fairytale".
