CHATGPT users are struggling to use OpenAI as thousands of reports flood Downdetector.

Users complained of issues with the app and website at around 3 pm ET/ 7 pm BST.

"Keep getting network error," one user complained.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to OpenAI for comment but has yet to get word back.
