I had the most embarrassing moment – I can’t explain why I took my pants off, I realized I messed up within 30 seconds
A TRIP to the hair salon has gone awry as one woman can't explain how she got caught with her pants down.
She realized her mistake within 30 seconds of the mortifying wardrobe issue.
Alexa Hendricks (@achendricks) filmed herself recounting the ordeal in a video on TikTok.
"So I quite literally did the most ridiculous thing," she said.
She said that she had just gotten back from getting her tresses done at a hair salon.
"Usually when I go to a salon they just wrap the cloth around you so your hair doesn't fall on you, right?" she said.
"No, they tell me to go into a dressing room and put the robe on."
She explained that she is well accustomed to going to massages where she's asked to remove all of her clothes before placing the robe.
Hendricks removed her jeans as well as her shirt, leaving her in a sports bra and underwear.
"In my head I was just — naturally — I just took my jeans off. Why? Because I'm there for a hair appointment. Why did I think I would do that?" she said.
"To make matters worse, I'm wearing Dunks, I'm super pale, and my legs are hairy.
"I was already feeling a little insecure, because I looked absolutely ridiculous."
She said that once she exited the room she realized that she had made a mistake.
"Within about 30 seconds of stepping outside the dressing room I realized I messed up immediately," she said.
"I was overthinking and was trying to figure out a way to get back in that room to get my pants.
"It was too late, so all I could do was text my best friends and laugh about it and be completely embarrassed, because why did I think that?"
She said after panicking over the possibility of staff removing her robe after hairstyling, all was good in the end when she found her clothes hanging in the closet.
"If you ever think you just did something really stupid or embarrassing, just think of me," she added.
