‘Wow it’s magic’ gush cleaning fans as mum shares £1.50 hack to get filthy trainers ‘sparkling’ again – and it’s so easy
A MUM has revealed her easy hack to get filthy trainers sparkling again - and cleaning fans say it's like "magic".
Kayleigh Taylor, from Fife, regularly shares her cleaning hacks on TikTok - @cleanwith_kayleigh - where she boasts 2.1million followers.
She's got a knack for helping people to get their homes glistening without breaking the bank.
In a recent video, the 30-year-old attempted to clean her partner Dean's mucky dog walking trainers.
First up, Kayleigh hosed down the dirty footwear in the shower to get as much mud off them as possible.
To tackle the more stubborn stains, she then used both a cloth and toothbrush to scrub the trainers with the Pink Stuff's £1.50 paste.
She also sprayed them with the Pink Stuff multi-surface disenfectant, also £1.50, before popping them in a shoe washing machine bag from Shein and putting them through a quick wash cycle.
And the trainers looked sparkling clean when the mum of two was done.
Sharing the clip on social media, Kayleigh said: "Dog walking trainers [meet] the Pink Stuff.
"All clean and ready for Dean to get them filthy on tomorrow’s dog walk again.
"On a serious note, he’ll be getting told to look out his wellies instead."
Social media users can't get enough of the satisfying clean, with Kayleigh's video racking up more than 500,000 views.
