CORONATION Street’s Sally Matthews has received an outpour of support by her co-stars after she revealed a heartbreaking family tragedy.
The actress first appeared in the ITV soap as Jenny Bradley in 1986.
Sally Ann, 53 took to Instagram to share the devastating news that her uncle, Derek had passed away, with her 107k followers.
She posted an adorable vintage family snap with her uncle at the beach.
The star captioned the post: "Today we said goodbye to Uncle Derek. A packed crowd for a wonderful man. He’d have hated the fuss but would’ve loved every single person there x."
