MOLLY Smith has sparked fan concern after they spotted her shaking during an emotional All Stars moment.
Last night the girls were treated to a call from loved ones while the boys left the villa for a beer.
Sophie Piper spoke to her Rochelle Humes, while Georgia Steel was surprised by her series four best pal Dani Dyer.
Georgia Harrison caught up with her bestie Olivia Attwood, while Arabella Chi spoke to a friend.
Molly's pal Sophie was on the other end of the video call and she couldn't contain her emotions when she saw her pooch.
Many Love Island viewers spotted how upset she was and took to X to share their worry.

One wrote on the social media platform: "The way Molly was shaking and crying during her video call was intense. I don’t even like dogs but even I can admit that Nelly is stunning. I also think the fact that she shared the dog with Callum probably made her more emotional #loveislandallstars #LoveIsland."
"Poor Molly was shaking, she's been struggling in there," another chimed in.
A third added: "You can see Molly’s been carrying a lot on her shoulders the last few weeks by the way she’s shaking."
A fourth tweeted: "Molly was shaking. She seems like a genuinely lovely girl. I am sure some of those tears had to do with the situation with Callum."
Another said: "Molly is the most genuine. Look at her shaking and crying over her dog and her family. Shes the sweetest girl."
Meanwhile others asked the girls if they ever thought Molly and Callum would get back together in the future.
Olivia's husband Bradley Dack mentioned it, as well as Dani during their segments.
When they relayed it to the beauty, she was shocked and told Callum's girl Jess that there was nothing between them.
During Wednesday's instalment of Love Island the boys treated the girls to romantic dates.
Molly's new man Tom Clare gave her a toy dog and named it after her pup.
But viewers have demanded that host Maya Jama tells Molly that it was actually her ex Callum's idea.
One ranted on X, formerly twitter: "CAN MAYA TELL MOLLY THAT THE DOG WAS CALLUM'S IDEA AND NOT TOMS."
"Why did Callum give that dog idea to Tom, man's lying it was him," said another.
A third chipped in: "Can we please have a last minute movie night? I need Molly to see that the dog was Callum's idea."
Callum and Molly met on Love Island in 2020.
They dated for three years before splitting last year.
