DANCING on Ice's Miles Nazaire fights back tears as he admits 'loneliness' after his relationship breakdown.
The 28-year-old shared insights into the challenges he faced attending events three months after his split, just before the show commenced.
Miles split from his personal trainer girlfriend Emelie Esquenet shortly after it was announced he was doing the skating competition.
On the Playtime Podcast, the interviewer asked about Miles' experience dealing with loneliness following the breakdown of his relationship, attending events solo, and facing these occasions without his significant other.
Miles said: "I used to fear being lonely, my mum and sister used to say, you always had to have friends over, always had sleepovers, always had to be surrounded by people.
"Two years ago I decided to move on my own and I discovered loneliness and I put that in a positive way of actually being with yourself and loving yourself and loving your space.

"When you get there, It's a beautiful bliss and it's really something that I push a lot of people to do.
"It's really an amazing thing, you learn about yourself, you learn to be in calmness.
Miles added: "I think the joys of life is, you get to a stage where you go 'I want to bring my future girlfriend to this event' or 'I want to take her away to this amazing holiday', 'I want treat her in this way and I want to do these things'.
A source said: “Miles has been busy filming for his new documentary along with Made in Chelsea and Dancing On Ice.
“It seemed that their lives were heading in different directions and they both agreed to part ways before things turned sour.”
However romance could be on the cards as I have been told that ITV bosses are looking to partner Miles with pro Vanessa Bauer on the show.
Vanessa had a brief fling with her partner Joey Essex on the most recent series.
