I added £43k value to my house in just two months by overhauling my kitchen and solving a dealbreaker problem
A GROUP of builders added £43k value to a house after just two months of work.
Dion Dublin took viewers on a tour of the two-bedroom flat which was auctioned for £55,000 - starting with a look at the outdoor space.
As he stepped into the flat, Dion described it as 'nice and bright' and explained to viewers that it came with a parking bay and a garage.
But sadly, Dion revealed that there was "mould everywhere" in the bathroom as a result of some water damage.
The kitchen was massively run down and ripped to pieces, with large holes in some of the walls.
Dion dubbed the derelict room, a 'soggy excuse' for a kitchen.

However, the flat ended up being sold for £72,000 to Jerome despite this.
Jerome had a budget of around £14,000 to renovate the property and adimed to complete the project within eight to 12 weeks.
Nine weeks later, with the help of a local team of builders, the flat looked drastically different.
Jerome explained the water damage came from a flood from a flat above - so they had to dry out the whole property before plastering the walls.
With modern décor and clean, polished looks, viewers got to see the finished rooms.
Light grey tiles and high-quality stainless steel and kitchenware were installed in the kitchen to give it a complete makeover.
A local estate agent visited the property and valued it around £115,000.
After taking renovation costs of £9,000, Jerome would be left with a total pre-tax profit of £34,000 - around £43,000 more than he paid for the property.
