I spend £230 in make-up for dates, it makes me sick men want us to ‘pay half’ – it doesn’t include nails & lashes
THE dating world is a minefield - deciding who will plan the date and how long to wait to send a text are just some of the conundrums people face.
But one woman has revealed it makes her sick when men ask her to split the bill - especially when she spends so much to look pretty for them.
Taking to social media, Isabelle revealed she spend £230 on make-up alone, so her date better be coughing up for the dinner bill.
In the clip she wrote: girls should pay half," and then went on to do her typical routine to get ready for a date.
She started by using teeth whitening strips and prepping the skin before moving onto foundation.
The blonde beauty then went in with bronzer, blusher, highlighter and contour.

Isabelle then added a shiny lipgloss to her lips and completed her eye make-up.
In total she said the entire look cost her £230 - which got her off the hook for paying for the date.
"Cost of make-up cost of getting ready full face of make-up," she captioned the post.
In the comments Isabelle revealed she'd only be happy splitting the bill if they were happy to pay half of her beauty routine.
"No like I’ll gladly pay for half of meals if they pay for half of ALL MY BEAUTY MAINTENANCE," she said.
And she revealed that the price didn't even include most of her beauty maintenance which also included lashes, manicures, waxing skincare and her gym membership.
Although Isabelle is now married, she often shares dating tips and her opinion on the dating world on social media.
In another video she revealed how she managed to finally get a ring on her finger with seven rules she swears by, the first being that 'men are stupid.'
"Keep that in the back of your mind as we go through the list, I'm not even kidding you," she explained.
The boys aren’t ready to talk about thissss part of the tab.
Her list included moving in with your partner before getting engaged - and leaving for a period of time to let him know what he was missing without you there.
She also advised wearing a nighttime fragrance for 'real psychological warfare,' as when your scent isn't around he'll struggle to sleep.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @isabelle.lux has since gone viral with over 44k views and 3,600 likes.
It seemed the comments section was divided into two groups - women seemed to agree with Isabelle, while men said it wasn't fair.
One person wrote: "The boys aren’t ready to talk about thissss part of the tab."
Another commented: "Obsessed with this take."
"This is everything and more," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "No men want you to buy and use any of that stuff. Just shows a need to compensate a lack of personality and hide a bunch of insecurities. Nothing attractive there. Real connections require no make up."
"Idc about your insecurity and that you need 100 layers of make up worth hundreds of bucks,” claimed a fifth.
