A FIT mom has shared her salad dip recipe that helped her lose 40 lbs almost a year after giving birth.

The dish looked delicious, and it was so easy to make she could do it with a baby on her hip.

She is regularly joined in her food videos by her young son as a sous chef.

He made a special appearance in an Instagram Reel as she made a cucumber and bell pepper salad with tasty toppings.

"After I had a baby, this is the salad I ate that helped me lose 40 lbs," she said before taking a bite of a chip.

She joked regularly that she had a "one-handed talent" for chopping ingredients with a knife in one hand and holding her baby on her hip in the other.

Her son was in and out of her arms the whole video as she prepared the healthy snack.

She completed the recipe step-by-step and listed each ingredient used to make the dip on the screen.

At the end of the video, she mixed it all and ate it with corn chips.

Haley wrote in the video caption that it was "so delicious."

Aside from a healthy diet, she also strength trains several times a week to maintain her figure.

Haley's Salad Dip Recipe

  • Three mini cucumber
  • Five mini bell peppers
  • 1/2 case cherry tomatoes
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • A sliver of red onion
  • Mozzarella balls and some oil
  • Two Avocado
  • Garlic salt
  • Minced garlic
  • Garlic and herb
  • Salt and pepper
  • Corn chips

Many viewers were proud of her multi-tasking skills.
