Major incident declared after school bus overturns with 'up to 70' on board

A major incident has been declared after a school bus overturned in County Down in Northern Ireland.

The ambulance service said it happened near Carrowdore and that "up to 70 passengers" were on board.

It said "multiple resources" had been deployed.

The fire and rescue service said it overturned on Ballyblack Road East and that five appliances and a specialist rescue team were on site.

Police called it a "serious road traffic collision".
