That's because a savvy shopper has revealed exactly how she always snaps up heavily discounted food deals whenever she goes to Aldi - and it really couldn't be easier.

In the clip shared to TikTok (@natloufashion), the woman named Nat begins: "Girls, I know everyone's struggling right now with the cost-of-living through the roof - everything is just so expensive, but I've got a little hack for you.

"Did you know that if you go to Aldi between 10am - 11am in the morning, you get all the discounts?"

The bargain hunter then shares a glimpse into her most recent reduced-price food haul and begins by holding up some cooked ham and chicken goujons, which she says she got for 30% off.

"More chicken," she continues. "Can't get enough chicken mate….30% off, more goujons - 30% off...this all goes in the freezer for a rainy day.

"We don't starve in this house as you can see...girls, you've got to do it!"

The savvy shopper continues: "I do this every day girls. Every day I go into Aldi looking for them little red tickets - sometimes you get 50% off!"

She then holds up an XL chicken which she also nabbed 30% off and notes: "Girls, I'm not lying, last week I went and bought 4 of these chickens - they're all in my freezer now."

And for anyone questioning how Nat is going to get through all of the heavily reduced-price food before the expiry date, then worry no more.

"Every single piece of this other than the ham goes straight in the freezer," she explains.

Holding up the receipt, she adds: "Here's the proof - look right there. I've just spent £23.22 for all of this.

"You need to use this hack wisely and get yourself to Aldi."

The post has since gone viral, racking up thousands of view and several comments - with an Aldi employee even rushing to the comment section to reveal the exact time you need to go to nab up to 75% off.

"I work at Aldi and it goes to 75% off at 4.30 onwards," they wrote.

Nat replied: "OMG 75% off that's incredible!!!"

A second penned: "This is good - I will be going there thank you."

A third praised: "Thank you for sharing hun."

And a fourth added: "And 2 hours before the stores shuts a store assistant told us."
