‘What year is it?’ foodies ask after spotting retro Cadbury chocolate bars in B&M…but it comes with a twist
FROM Milky Way Crispy Rolls to Mars Planets and White Maltesers, several much-loved chocolates have sadly been discontinued over the years.
But if you were a huge fan of Cadbury Dream Bar, then we have some very good news for you....
While the chocolate treat was discontinued by Cadbury in 2002 just a few years after its launch, it turns out you can still get your hands on one...albeit, with a slight modern twist.
That's because a food fan took to TikTok (@newfoodfindsuk) after spotting Cadbury Dream with Oreo chocolate bars being sold in none other than B&M - and it's sent chocolate fans into meltdown.
For those who may never tried one, Dream bars are made from white chocolate and cocoa butter.
To help fill the void, Cadbury released a new white chocolate range, suitably called Cadbury White, in July 2019 - but some chocolate lovers said it just wasn’t the same as the much-loved Dream.

"DREAM? What year is it?" asked one.
A second enthused: "Dream Oreo whattttt."
A third tagged a friend and urged: "i reckon we go find these."
Meanwhile, a fourth enthused: "This is fantastic!!!"
Another pleaded: "B&M trip."
Elsewhere in the video, the foodie also shows of a whole bunch of other sweet treats - including Kinder Duo, £3.99 Dr Pepper or Skittles cotton candy, £2.99 Mentos and a Millions lucky bag.
Not to mention Cadbury Caramilk slices, which is caramelised white chooclate, flowing caramel, vanilla flavoured creme and choc biscuit pieces.
"I need those Kinder," wrote one.
A further asked a friend: "See if you can get them Kinder things for me."
However, others were left reeling at the price of the cotton candy.
"£3.99 for candy floss? There's nothing to it!!" argued one.
Another agreed: "£4 for candy floss is nuts, it’s gone in 10 seconds."
It comes after Fabulous previously told how shoppers were sprinting to B&M desperate to nab the Animal Bar that is soon to be discontinued.
Last month, Nestlé left fans of the chocolate bar devastated after announcing they'd be withdrawing the popular chocolate bar from their range after 60 years.
The Animal Bar was first manufactured in 1959 and sold by Makintosh's under a different name until a rebrand in 1963.

An Animal bar is usually designed with two different animals along with their names moulded on the surface of the chocolate.
Nestlé said the chocolate bar was being discontinued after 60 years "due to the low performance of the product and a steady decline in its sales over the past few years," according to Sky News.
