I was gobsmacked when I saw the new homeware items in Poundland – it’s like B&M but cheaper, I filled up my basket
THEY'RE "giving it" at the moment when it comes to their homeware selection.
So one woman decided to pop along to her local Poundland to have a look at the latest offerings.
Celine explained in a video on her TikTok page that she's a B&M super-fan, so was interested to see whether or not Poundland could make her switch her allegiances.
"I love B&M, but could Poundland be coming through?" she wondered.
"Could it be cheaper?
"I don't know. so I thought we'll have a quick look and see what they've got in."

Celene went on a Saturday, and noted that it was "surprisingly quiet" in the store.
The first thing that caught her eye was a scallop-edged pastel round tray, as she gushed: "I love pastel colours.
"How stunning is this?"
There was also a bronze trinket tray, "which can be used for loads of different things", and some gorgeous rainbow decorations that would be an "absolute bargain for a nursery or your toddler's bedroom".
She continued her tour of the store with some cute ceramic dishes, in pastel colours once again, and some planters priced at just a tenner.
There were soap dispensers with faces printed on them for £2.50, while Celene was left stunned by some glass dispensers with gold tops.
"You're not gonna believe these ones!" she said.
"These were £1.50.
"How stunning are these?"
They also come in a dark green colour, while there are some textured ceramic ones that would look gorgeous in a beige bathroom.
There was a wooden tray with gold handles for £6, as Celene called it an "absolute bargain".
"Moving on to vases," she continued.
"They've got some really nice vases.
"Everybody knows that I absolutely love a good vase because you just can't get enough of them!"
Her favourite was a dark green shaped vase, but she also had to hold herself back from buying out the store.
"I am super, super impressed by Poundland at the minute," she added.
"I'm not even joking.
"I was gobsmacked by some of the items that I've seen.
"More so with the price, because not gonna lie, I feel like the things that I've seen are like half the price of other stores."
Lastly, she moved onto glassware - holding up a crystal-style tall glass and tumbler.
"Wow, like Poundland, what are you doing?" she gushed.
"How stunning are these?
"I cannot believe that you can get stuff like this in Poundland!"
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "Going to Poundland again to get that tray!"
"I went to Poundland and let me tell you it is SERVING at the moment," another added.
"Some really decent stuff right now."
